In line with the Fund’s mandate, which is to finance routine, emergency and periodic maintenance of roads, the Ministry of Local Government has been sponsored to undertake periodic maintenance of a gravel road at Bongalla to Maoela. The maintenance work entails maintenance of the gravel road including construction of a Vented Ford for improved access of Maoela area. The project is now complete has cost Road Fund about M5,1 Million.
