Operations at the Sani Border Post in the Mokhotlong district are set to improve for the better, following the testing, handing over and launching of a Solar Power Plant, erected by the Road Fund.
The Sani Border Solar Power Plant was handed over to Road Fund by the Contractor, following its construction, completion and testing which confirmed its readiness to start supplying the Border Post with electrical power.
The Sani Border Post has been operating without electrical power since inception hence the Solar Power Plant is set to improve operations for the better.
It has cost the Road Fund around M2,3 million to erect the Solar Power Plant at the Sani Border Post.
