Road Fund is sponsoring Roads Directorate to undertake routine maintenance of B12 TY to Kubetu paved road. The ongoing protection works have to date cost the Road Fund over M800,000.00.
The Road Fund was established under the Section 21(3) of the Public Financial Management and Accountability Act 2011 and operationalised by the Finance (Road Fund) Regulations 2012. It is dedicated to collection of revenue and disbursement of funds for maintenance of roads.
