Getting the gist of Performance Management remains critical to ensure execution of the Organisational Strategy.
The Fund’s Management has therefore undergone training on implementing Performance Management including reviewing of the Job descriptions to be in line with the Strategy. The Training was held in Maseru in Friday February 03, 2023.
Management gained an insight on how best to link the two, to ensure improvement on performance of Management and Staff alike.
Management will assist cascade the knowledge to Staff in the aftermath of the training.
The training has come at an opportune time when the Fund is finalising the new Strategic Plan, which will come into effect in the new financial year of 2023/2024.
