The seventh issue of our Newsletter is here! I am pleased to welcome you to our bi-annual publication, which is our believe that you will enjoy it, as you did the last six issues since this initiative came into fruition.
The Road Fund was established under the Section 21(3) of the Public Financial Management and Accountability Act 2011 and operationalised by the Finance (Road Fund) Regulations 2012. It is dedicated to collection of revenue and disbursement of funds for maintenance of roads.
