The Road Fund recently launched its first ever Outreach Programme in the three Southern districts of the country, starting with the Quthing district.

Road Fund staff, in collaboration with their Content Promoter, had the best of time during the campaign, creating awareness about the Road Fund mandate, followed by competition time, where lots of branded items were given away.

The aim was to further raise awareness about the Road Fund and most importantly to clear the misconceptions that are usually associated with what Road Fund is expected to do.

The team then proceeded to Mohale’s Hoek and Mafeteng districts, where a similar approach was employed, and people gathered in numbers to learn more about the Road Fund.

People who participated in the activities thanked the Road Fund for finding time to interact with them physically and in their own districts, saying that they feel enlightened about the work of the Road Fund.

Similar campaigns are set to proceed in the other remaining districts in the new year.
