The Road Fund Board of Directors and the Management Team have attended a one-day Governance of Ethics and Ethical Leadership Training, organised in Maseru recently.
Officially opening the Training, The Board Chairperson Mr. Makotoko Makotoko acknowledged the importance of the Ethics training, saying it fosters a culture of integrity by establishing clear guidelines for acceptable behaviour in the workplace.
He said when individuals understand ethical standards, they are more likely to align with them, thereby promoting accountability and trust within the organisation.
The Road Fund CEO Mrs. Matšepang Sekhokoane said the training has come at an opportune time, further reiterating the Road Fund’s commitment to strengthening Ethics Management Structures and Processes within the organisation.
The Training was facilitated by The Ethics Institute.
