This will surely add value to collection of fines on Road Traffic Offences through issued Spot Fines.

Enter your reference number, then amount and authorise with your M-Pesa PIN.

Issued Spot Fines can now be payable through both telecommunications networks namely M-Pesa provided by Vodacom Lesotho and Ecocash provided by Econet Telecom Lesotho.
